Wyndhurst Manor & Club Golf Terms and Conditions

Greens fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cart usage fees are additional, mandatory, and due at the time of arrival. If the reservation cannot be kept in its entirety or the number of booked players will not meet the reserved amount, the reservation must be canceled or adjusted within 24 hours of the tee time. Any cancellations or adjustments made under 24 hours will result in a full charge for the greens fee rate. Refunds will not be issued unless the golf course is closed due to weather-related issues or any extraneous circumstances that prevent Wyndhurst Manor & Club from operating with the highest safety standards in place for our guests and golfers.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations or changes in the number of players per reservation must be cancelled or adjusted 24 hours before the tee time. Any cancellations or adjustments made under 24 hours will result in a full charge of greens for the group or the number of players unable to make the tee time.
